   Exercise of Warrants 
 
   The Board of DXS International Plc ("DXS" or the "Company"), the ISDX 
quoted developer and supplier of clinical decision support systems to 
Clinical Commissioning Groups, GPs, doctors and healthcare professionals, 
is pleased to announce that it received Notices of Exercise from current 
warrant holders in respect of 480,000 warrants on 30(th) April. Of these 
warrants 400,000 were exercised at 10p per ordinary share and 80,000 
were exercised at 15p per ordinary share. 
 
   The Company issued 480,000 new Ordinary Shares on 30(th) April to the 
exercising warrant holders and following this issue the issued share 
capital of the Company is now 33,396,416 ordinary shares. This figure 
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by 
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests 
in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules 
 
   The Company has not received Notices of Exercise in respect of the 
remaining warrants that expired on 30(th) April. The number of warrants 
outstanding is therefore reduced by a total of 360,000. 
 
   One of the exercising warrant holders, Richard Gathercole, will, after 
the issue of 200,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to this exercise, be 
beneficially interested in 1,251,667 ordinary shares representing 3.75% 
per cent. of the total ordinary shares in issue. The other exercising 
warrant holder, John Godley, will, after the issue of 280,000 new 
ordinary shares pursuant to this exercise, be beneficially interested in 
1,196,667 ordinary shares representing 3.58% per cent. of the total 
ordinary shares in issue
