Director Shareholdings
Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software to the recruitment industry, announces that it has granted a total of 23,135 options over the Company's ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Options" and "Ordinary Shares" respectively) representing 0.12 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company to two Directors and two PDMRs under the Company's HMRC approved Savings Related Share Option Scheme ("SRSO") as set out below.
