The Norwegian Krone drifted higher against the euro in European deals on Tuesday, as Norway's economy rose more-than-expected in the third quarter.

The national accounts data from Statistics Norway showed that Mainland-Norway gross domestic product rose 0.2 percent sequentially, higher than estimates for a 0.1 percent rise. However, it was slightly weaker than the second quarter's revised 0.3 percent expansion.

Overall GDP growth for Norway accelerated to 1.8 percent from zero percent.

The Norwegian Krone climbed to a 6-day high of 9.2311 against the euro, compared to yesterday's closing value of 9.2875. The Krone is likely to find resistance around the 9.20 zone.
