LONDON--Australia based copper gold exploration company SolGold PLC (SOLG.LN) said Tuesday that it will raise $10.7 million via a share subscription agreement with gold miner Newcrest International and its parent, Newcrest Mining Ltd. (NCM.AU)
The company said Newcrest will subscribe 135.7 million shares at 8 cents per share.
Shares of SolGold at 0835 GMT trading 3.4% lower at 7 pence.
