On 28 April 2015, the Company received notification from Joel Leonoff, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that he sold 2,025,751 rights to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company of 0.01p each ("Nil Paid Rights") on 28 April 2015 at an average price of 95.22 pence each. This transaction was undertaken in order to fund in part the take-up of his remaining rights under the terms of the Company's rights issue announced on 23 March 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Leonoff will have the following interests in the Nil Paid Rights and the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Leonoff's interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares has not changed as a result of this transaction.
