Directorate and Secretarial Appointments

John Bennett and Chris Graham have been appointed as non-executive directors of RIFC with immediate effect. They join existing directors Paul Murray and John Gilligan who were appointed subsequent to the General Meeting of the Company held on 6 March 2015 and Douglas Park who was appointed subsequent to that Meeting.

Details of the two directors appointed are as follows.

John Bennett (aged 51), is the Director of European Equities at Henderson Global Investors

James Blair has been appointed Company Secretary of RIFC with immediate effect. James is a solicitor of some 30 years' experience and partner in Anderson Strathern LLP
