Ashtead Group plc is holding an investor event in Miami tomorrow and Wednesday, 
27 and 28 January 2015. 
 
The purpose of this event is to provide analysts and investors with more detail 
on the Group's American strategy, operations and markets, with presentations 
being made by senior executives from Ashtead Group and Sunbelt Rentals, its US 
subsidiary. These will be available on the Group's website at 
www.ashtead-group.com/investorcentre under Results and presentations.
