Director's Dealing and Additional Listing

The Company announces that on 22(nd) April 2013, Mr Adam Kaye, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 350,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 93 pence per share. Following this sale, Mr A.Kaye has a beneficial and non-beneficial interest in 8,062,107 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.5 per cent. of the Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

The Company can also confirm that following the exercise of employee share options, it has made application for 1,000,196 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in these Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 29(th) April 2013. Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 232,204,137 Ordinary Shares.
