Ormat Technologies, Inc. Prices Initial Public Offering of Common Stock NEW YORK, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ormat Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:ORA) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of common stock at $15.00 per share. The shares will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ORA." Ormat Technologies has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 937,500 shares of common stock to cover over- allotments, if any. Lehman Brothers Inc. acted as the sole book-running manager of the offering. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. acted as the joint lead manager and RBC Capital Markets Corporation and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as co-managers. About Ormat Technologies, Inc.
