FARMINGDALE, N.Y., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cemtrex, Inc. (OTC:CTEX) announced that it has received Performance Test Protocol approval from NYDEC for its laser-based Continuous Opacity Monitoring system at a major medical center in Brooklyn, NY. "Our EPA3 laser opacity monitor is being installed in the boiler exhaust duct inside the hospital building conforming to the new PS-1 regulations," said Mr. Aron Govil, President and CEO of Cemtrex. "After carefully examining the location, we determined the proper configuration that would comply with the new PS-1 regulations and get the NYDEC approval." This hospital is a landmark in the Brooklyn area and Cemtrex is installing the complete EPA reporting software package for the laser opacity monitor designed to monitor the particulate emissions from the boiler exhaust flue gases. Cemtrex provides turnkey services for carbon creation projects from abatement of greenhouse gases pursuant to the Kyoto Protocol.
