Over seen by both the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm Bureau, and US Customs, the alcohol importation, bottling, and distribution, is one of the most supervised, scrutinized, and regulated sectors by the US federal government. Data Commodities Ltd, which is already selling the Royal Spring Water Inc. bottled water, will be importing its 180 proof spirits to the Royal Spring Water Inc. facility in Hereford, Texas,to be rectified, bottled, and distributed. The long process of receiving the approval for being a bonded facility warehouse, included meetings, clearance, and physical inspections, to get our facility to be a US Customs bonded warehouse. We are in the process of obtaining an explosion proof, inline bottling system, that will meet all ATF guideline's for bottling alcohol. The manufacturer of the alcohol bottling line, estimates a 6 to 8 week period to deliver, build and install the new bottling line. An additional advantage of having this bottling system, is the fact that we can also utilize this system to bottle private label water bottles with a shape and dimension that fits our regular bottling line, that we are currently using to bottle Royal Water, RHYTHM H2O, our structured water brand, and all our current private label clients. This new system can bottle from 8oz to 1 liter. It will also act as a back up system for our current bottling line."
