Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of
Paramount Building Solutions (Paramount), a provider of facilities
maintenance and commercial cleaning solutions, to GDI Integrated
Facility Services Inc. (TSX: GDI), a commercial facility services
provider. BGL's Professional Services investment banking team
served as the exclusive financial advisor to Paramount in the
transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not
disclosed.
Paramount can leverage GDI's scale and
capabilities to strengthen and grow its existing customer
relationships.
