                  COBURG GROUP PLC ("Coburg" or the "Company")

Coburg Group PLC announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts are
available for collection at the company registered offices during normal
business hours on any weekday (excluding Saturdays and public holidays).  Copies
of the accounts have been sent to shareholders.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the company registered
offices Unit 3, Harrington Way, Warspite Road, Woolwich, London SE18 5NU at
11.30 am on 19 November 2003.
