04/12/2017 11:39 | well i sold all mine at just over 600p when the share price got ahead of itself, but the drop now looks overdone so i've had two bites this morning. woody | woodcutter
04/12/2017 11:23 | results due on 12th December | mfhmfh
04/12/2017 11:10 | If you adjust for net cash then this is now too cheap, I think. ZYT supply a good product and the shift towards touchscreens is a nice tailwind. | mr_spock
02/12/2017 18:51 | Capital return must be close to happening, so could bounce back strongly when that is announced, as long as outlook still positive. | topvest
01/12/2017 11:12 | Well I am glad I ditched half when I did. For me at 30p eps, this is worth 550p, 15x plus the cash of 100p. If it gets back to 400p I will be loading up again. | rcturner2
01/12/2017 10:58 | The chase up to 622 in September was all froth and bull-run P/E blow-out. The froth's mostly gone now although the P/E is still slightly higher than long-run trend. This isn't a growth share so the frothy P/E of 20 plus just wasn't warranted | mammyoko
01/12/2017 10:24 | I believe that the level of interest was increased by speculators, who then dropped out. The price you are looking at is probably where is will stay for a while supported by fundamentals, if you have the time stay in I think that there are announcements soon and in the run up to Christmas this might lift the price above May's 537. | fxbootstraps
01/12/2017 09:49 | Hi jamieb73.I've been wondering the same, as the fundamentals of ZYT continue to look solid (IMO). Possible reasons in my view as to why this share has fallen by so much age:1) this is a thinly-traded share. Therefore, it doesn't take much for the share price to go up or down - just a couple of trades will see price movement.2) as has been said already on this thread (I think), ZYT did themselves no favours with their last trading update in October. Basically, profits "in line with market expectations" isn't good enough if market sentiment is that profits should "exceed" market expectations. I wonder, therefore, whether there has been some profit-taking going on, which has depressed the share price.3) this said, in my opinion, the forecast eps of 30.2 on a conservative p/e of 17 would put the share price at about 515p. So when, at time of writing, the share price is at 490p, then it is over-sold in my opinion. I've also noted that there is a lot of buying activity when the share price is at such lows, so the support would appear to be there.I think all eyes will be on ZYT when it releases its full year earnings due on 11 December, if I recall correctly. | chashley1806
30/11/2017 18:47 | top-up opportunity IMHO. | mfhmfh
30/11/2017 18:32 | why is this still going down, it doesn't make sense. | jamieb73

28/10/2017 17:24 | They are not in the smartphone market thankfully. They are a niche player! | topvest
27/10/2017 15:42 | I thought their market was industrial when did they mention smartphones? | mattleplonk
27/10/2017 14:30 | I nice thought Bscuit.I doubt they are set up operationally to mass produce smartphone screens. | shauney2
27/10/2017 09:22 | "End of smashed smartphones as scientists invent super-flexy touchscreen" - yesterdays Telegraph. Does this have an implication for ZYT? | bscuit
24/10/2017 03:19 | sub 500 and ripe for a top-up | eisler
20/10/2017 17:05 | Well done - got your timing a bit better than me. Sold half of mine at 510p. Happy to hold the rest for now as doing OK and there will be a capital return sometime soon. | topvest
20/10/2017 12:47 | I think selling half mine in the 600s was the right move. In line presumably means 28p of eps for the full year. | rcturner2
20/10/2017 11:43 | top-up opportunity approaching once the herd have sold and left. IMHO. | mfhmfh
