Sold half of mine today. Didn't quite catch the top. Anyway, happy to keep the rest but taking a few profits ahead of the election on a few shares. The rest are now effectively zero cost shares for me which is nice as i bought after the profit warning at about 149p.

As I said above, fair value here is probably about 550p.

It's possible that there is some movement on an acquisition or special dividend.

IC have always had positive coverage of Zytronic, so I expect there will be a positive update this week from them.

House broker N+1 Singer full year eps forecast was 28.6p, I wonder if they will increase this now?

I think 550p is a fair price for this share now. I estimate 30p as a conservative full year eps times PE 15 + the cash gets to 550p.

Robust & understated interims
Basic earnings per share ("EPS") increased by 44% to 13.8p (H1 2016: 9.6p)
Interim dividend increased by 10% to 3.80p per share (2016: 3.45p)
Net cash increased by GBP0.9m to GBP12.5m (30 September 2016: GBP11.6m)

solid set of results. Haven't added to my holding, may do if we get a pull back

revenue growth over 14%
admin costs reduced by almost 5%
nice productivity gains, gross margin improvement too
decent outlook statement. A company that under promises and generally delivers
low over head costs and sound operational gearing improving the bottom line

With the capital redcution scheme now approved and over £12 of cash on the balance sheet i can see a nice special dividend coming soon...............hopefully!

Margins,EPS,cash all up.The cheap pound starting to benefit profits post their slightly miss timed hedging policy.

Looks promising then that ZYT will up the final divi by the usual 20% to 13.15p if all goes well.
