13 December 2022 - The Company has received notification from the Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') Trustee (Link Market Services Trustees Limited) that on 12 December 2022 the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) became beneficially interested in the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence in the Company under the Zotefoams Share Incentive Plan as detailed below.
