Grant of share awards

The Company announces that on 20 May 2019 the Executive Directors were granted the following conditional awards over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 5p each under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2017 ('LTIP'):

The LTIP awards will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date subject to achieving the performance criteria detailed in the Company's Annual Report 2018. Further, on 20 May 2019 the Executive Directors were granted the following restricted share awards over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 5p each under the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan ('DBSP'):
