Notifiable Interests


The Company announces that on 20 October it received formal notification that
Enterprise VCT plc had, on 13 October, sold 950,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 8.5p per share representing 0.43% of the current issued
share capital.



As a result of the this sale, Enterprise VCT plc held 5,500,000 ordinary shares
in the Company and no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.



In addition, the Company was formally notified on 21 October that, following the
sale of ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 20p per share on 20
October, funds managed by Herald Investment Management Ltd now have the
following interests in the current issued share capital of the Company:
