Farm in partner?!

That is the most absurd suggestion I have read on this thread and can only come from someone who has not even had a cursory look at the company.

Hello...hello...this is the Abramovich family.....and we need some help...we do not have the money or resources to develop our assets ( please ignore the fact that we are producing and making money right now)...can someone come aboard.
Failing that we will have to do a 1p placing like other AIM oilers.

Please someone help us.

I agree with paperclip. Why do you talk about a farm in partner for Zol alex? They are already producing.... Don't see that they would need one?

alex2016a, everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. I do not agree with yours. I'm sure the Results, which are due out soon, will answer many questions. I don't think I'd want to be short on their release.

Lets assume... you have lot of money (few hundred mil. USD), couple of companies managed/owned by you and you are trading among these companies... Will your stock go up? Probably yes. Why you do that? Maybe you are looking for farm in opportunity and you want to increase market value... it works from the market point of view but when you potential farm in partner commences real due diligence of the assets he finds out the real value and holds back. This is the scenario I see behind Zol jumps.

true Waldof. I think we have all been around for long enough to know the signs, and I for one thank him for making me re think about my investment decision, I don't know how these white knights make their money but I think we should stop giving any more oxygen to it. I'm sure there will be plenty more to follow, there is usually an articulate one, then one who drinks, pretending to be northern and spells badly, and then several comedy names appear, that's the usual trend...good luck guys

There is something deeply suspicious about a poster coming onto the ZOL thread - a thread one may add that hardly has any posters and a share very lightly traded - who set up his call sign on April 7 2016, and then slams the stock.

This is not normal as anyone knows.

And you a right that I have no clue about Russian owners of a Russian oil company in a way. I am not totally naive in it either. What the board do and how they run the company is totally out of my hands - as are all my investments. It's like backing a horse and each race has a winner. At these levels there is money to be made imo.

Perhaps I was a tad unfair alex. Apologies. I don't have any issue with the bear side to a share - in fact I think it healthy to have balanced views and debates. But your posts are generally negative without any substance behind them. A bit deramping. You may well be right but time will tell and I am more than happy with my investment here. Each to his own.

I agree, it's not. But the point I'm suggesting is that the recent, very welcome rise, is perhaps nit due to any forthcoming news or change in the company, it's possibly just reacting to the POO (precisely because we are producing).
