I think that is a perfectly legitimate concern. Several AIM companies have delisted as a result of the lowly rating of their shares despite positive performances. If there is little coverage and/or demand for their shares why remain listed. The potential facility that it affords to raise funds isn't even worthwhile if the share price is on the floor - they could probably get a better price via a private placing !

Presumably you are referring to the RNS Contract Annoucment from 13 Nov 08?

If that is the case and you now say the contract was really an existing contract then why woudl the company make the announcement?

A contract of that size would have to be disclosed to the market by RNS would it not? So if it was already in place then surely it would previously have been released as news on an RNS?

I can't see another contract like this mentioned on the RNS news history - I might have missed it would be delighted if you could point it out for me.

So perhaps if the contract was already in place then it happened before the IPO which would explain why it has not been released as news since the IPO?

But it is a 3 year deal with possible 1 year extension so this kind of deal if it was in place already before the IPO would actually be finishing as a contract by now?

So is it possible that in fact it is an existing client who has renewed a contract for a further 3 years? And is it a bad thing to get repeat business?

Or are you suggesting that in fact the new contract adds nothing to the turnover and profit because it is just a continuation of income already being received?

I am more concerned that this delay in producing results compared to last year's release date is for a reason.

My concern has been that the company came to the market to raise the cash to expand and get the new plant up and running and break into new markets. They have achieved all of this and could now de-list because despite achieving what they set out to do they have seen the AIM market fall and the share price go down with it.

They could be asking themselves the question do we need to stay listed and shall we comment on it when announcing the results?

After doing some research in the industry it seems like the USD 12.5 million contract in the Middle East was nothing new - they already had it before.

Just picked up a few more if they went down on the fall of the rouble they should by rights rally with it. Just a little bit of good news about orders or cash position and they should fly.

Have to say on balance I would prefer the straight bat. At least if it is consistently like that no one should be able to get any inside info.

We'll just have to wait for the results.

I am still convinced there is not a problem just taking their time.

Generally very quick with replies I've found too. But also very matter of fact. I did get an offer for someone from the company to ring me but that is difficult for me because of work not allowing personal calls.

I wonder if they will tell you something more over the phone but not commit to an email as this provides evidence in writing of any comment made.

E;mailed the company about the delayed results;
They responded within a couple hours that they were obliged to submit before June 30 as per aim requirements.
They are commited to building long term share holder value etc etc.

I know 7.5k is peanuts but it was a series of trades all just under 7.5k shares which I thought seemed potentially odd.

My 'relatively speaking' comment on the volume is because it is just that - not many days the volume of shares traded on zrx exceeds what it has today I don't think?

Yes - last year's results were April 7th not sure if a delay is a good thing or a bad thing but previously I wondered if the changes at Board level during the year have contributed to a delay?

Looks like they are mostly Sells to me which is why the share price is down 6.25%.
Current online Offer is 3.99p.

8 trades all roughly 7500 shares at a time?

showing as sells on advfn but in truth could be anything given the wide spread they are all inbetween bid and offer so either good proce for sells or below offer price for buys.

Interesting volume (relatively speaking) again though in lead up to results announcement.

I think what we have here is one or two small investors taking a punt that the results might be good and hoping for a quick buck. But at least it looks like some buys have gone through.

Up 25% this a.m., the results must be known and I suspect will make interesting reading when announced. Not often one sees such a jump; that said when its off the floor, hardly surprising.

Heh that's big volume for zrx !

Still think we'll have a notice of results to be announced on ......before we get the actual results.

Slightly later than last year now - but they have had a change of CEO during the year so may want to make sure i's dotted and t's crossed.

koolio check out the website it is quite good. The oilfield chemicals appear to have excellent selling points and though I'm no scientist they also appear to have a purity advantage over other competitors.

I too am waiting for the results and in fact did not think I would get another payday in before they came - I try and top up every payday in small amounts.

Looking at track record there has been an announcement of when the results will be announced for the last few a few days/a week before so if they stick to the pattern we will get an announcment first and maybe one last chance for me to top up a little more before they announce what I hope are good results.

We have already had a fall in share price off the back of the comments that the full year would be below market expectations so perhaps the year will still be exactly that - below expectations, but I just wonder what might happen if they have turned it around quicker than suggested last time they updated the market.

I bought because of the drilling polymers more than the de-icer. Happy that the de-icer does not destroy the Planet, thats a bonus.
Still waiting for the results.
