It will focus on the first year of implementing the CRM Act, including the strategic projects and partnerships. 10/10/2024 21:37 | Hearing its looking good for key designation regarding the Critical Raw Materials Act. | stockchoice99
10/10/2024 12:25 | To be fair RTZ hasn’t been RTZ for about 20 years, now called Rio Tinto and is looking t buy US lithium producer Arcadium for about $6.7Bn | willyworm2
10/10/2024 11:43 | Agree that Znwd is viewed as too far from production. Hopefully the CRMA news will be a positive catalyst here, due December | robertspc1
10/10/2024 11:41 | If you don't know you shouldn't be investing | robertspc1
09/10/2024 19:49 | One would of thought that ZNWD would of benefitted (like other lithium stocks) from the Rio bid for Arcadium but maybe it appears to be just too far away from production.Nonethele | steeplejack
09/10/2024 19:30 | Who or what is RTZ?? | 5chipper
09/10/2024 18:54 | Well RTZ clearly seeing a bottom in lithium. If I was CEO of AMG I would be seriously considering a bid for ZNWD at these levels. 75m euro probably buys you the most likely European lithium asset to get to production | robertspc1

26/9/2024 09:51 | Hi Steeplejack. I had a reply from Zinwald investor relations. It was indeed a typo and should have read into 2025. That puts my mind at rest slightly that no further funding will be required this year and the raise maybe first quarter next year after they release the results of the PFS which we can only hope is positive. | indiestu
24/9/2024 09:19 | Interesting FT article today on RTZ struggles to get Serbia lithium project moving. They could maybe just shift their attention to Zinnwald or Cinovec which have political and public support and pathetic equity values | robertspc1
23/9/2024 10:24 | They should get up to 50m euro from the EU CRM fund. That would avert the need for any equity funding. Decision in Dec so hopefully funds in early 25 | robertspc1
20/9/2024 10:26 | I think what they're saying is that albeit they are undertaking an additional PFS,this and other work in 2024,is more than covered by existing cash balances. My guess is that a good PFS statement might be swiftly followed by a fund raising around Spring 2025.Always cash hungry these junior minors. | steeplejack
20/9/2024 10:06 | Thanks Steeplejack, so they need 2 mill until the end of this year? The remaining should last until the middle of 25 at this spend rate. That's why I don't understand the reference to 2024 unless they are expecting a bigger spend over the next three months. | indiestu
20/9/2024 09:49 | The cash burn looks to be around 10m pa.I don't think there's been a typo.Cash balance fine to cover 2024 commitments but a fund raising in 2025 looks probable. "The Total Net Assets of the Group decreased to 38.9m as at 30 June 2024 compared with 39.9m at 31 December 2023. The Group's Intangible asset balance increased to 30.6m at 30 June 2024 from 27.6m at 31 December 2023 and cash balances decreased to 9.3m from 14.3m at the end of 2023, which all reflects ongoing spend on the Zinnwald Lithium Project. As at the date of this report, the Group's cash balance is 8.1m." | steeplejack
20/9/2024 09:05 | Financials The Company continues to maintain its extremely disciplined approach to expenditure and cash management and as such is well funded through completion of the PFS and into the ongoing work in 2024, with cash of €8.1m as at the date of this report. I hope the above is a typo and it is supposed to read ongoing work into 2025, otherwise we must prepare for an imminent fund raise. I have mailed them and asked the question. | indiestu
20/9/2024 07:32 | Nothing moves quickly in the EU. But the project is potentially larger and the delay might bring a better lithium pricing environment. EU funding likely to be equal to the market value which in my mind makes it a long term value play | robertspc1 |
