They have tons of options…that’s their incentive.

Look how little they take in salary and expenses. Also zero ‘consultancy fees’, it’s minimal. This is no lifestyle company. These guys all come from jobs where they were paid far more. This is all about equity upside for them.

Pay, expenses and management skin in the game are key considerations for me in a company like this. It’s one of the first things i look at. This passed the test easily.

Having looked into this company one red flag shows itself - Management's skin in the game of £23K. Confidence in a project needs to start at the top and if they are not interested in risking their own money in the company then why the hell should anybody else ? That opens the possibility of another "lifestyle" Company of course which is not where I am going to invest my hard earned capital !!

Yes my bad, was referring to central/south america in general. The scarcity of water, desertification and the fact that sonora state is controlled by criminal gangs not exactly ticks in the pro side of the blotter for BCN though…
