yes he took that position before the start of the performance test. He would have been unable to have taken the shares if there was any significant news which he knew and we did not, but that would not include his estimate of how the final modifications to the equipment are going. So IMO he must feel that the equipment is more than likely to deliver on the upcoming performance test (PT).
If one follows the logic then that means that if the PT is satisfactory STAN will provide funidng for KRP2 and the model is proable and scalable.
What then is the share price worth?

A £200k investment by the CEO is enough for me to have confidence!
Traded to a nice position now and holding!

For what it is worth, Share Magazine has a positive write up on ZOX while a couple of weeks back IC was very negative saying dump the stock.

Agree, I think 50p should be achievable over the Summer..

ZOX with relatively high costs are very geared to the zinc price, an increase will significantly affect profits and vice versa of course.
If the world economy does recover and mineral prices rise as a consequence, I think those price levels are not unrealistic.

IMO AW would not have bought without a huge amount of confidence. Last reports had indicated that problems were being nailed and with Standard's loan of £5m the signs were cretainly there. What droe this down was the constant pressure of M&G from the time of the placing in NOv 12, when teh share price was 50, having already dropped considerably before.
Now we are closer to a proven model, so this should regain its level to 50 in short time and then on news which we expect 70-100 is faesible.

Going well this morning, it's looking like the overhang is now gone and so any good news should see a further rise

A bit like cestnous, I've been watching for a while and bought in this morning. As well as a big show of confidence, the overhang should have been cleared by the director buys.

I'm not sure how soon they will turn the corner in terms of profitability and cash flow generation but there must be more than a good chance that the issues are reflected in the price now, so the director purchases are very reassuring in that regard.
