So we are starting to see the sellers come back unloading,and it seems likely that they will all suffer increasing losses from here down, until such time as all the overhanging stock is well and truly cleared, with traders having moved on. How soon will the rest bite the bullet and we see the offer falling once again.

Government Petition to Ban shorting of London AIM stocks.

The AIM stock market is where smaller companies list their shares rather than using the prohibitively expensive main London Stock Market. This is an important market for the growth of smaller UK companies.

In challenging times, shorters seek to borrow the company's shares from a holder for a consideration and to buy them at a later date. They immediately sell these shares which, due to the relative illiquid market, sends the price much lower and hence the shorters can buy them at that lower price - pocketing the difference. The only beneficiaries are the shorters and the market makers with the losers being the reputable company and it's bona fide investors.

dave4545, I think you said you were just looking for a 10% profit yesterday and not to hold for potential growth - now that the share price has stalled, how much longer will you be happy to hold, having I assumed bought on a three day settlement - or will you roll-over?

How many others will be wondering if to push that sell button if a few decent sells go back to the MM?

CF had 40 million shares MS - are you sure the MM have cleared them all - in addition some of the buyers from yesterday will soon want out as there is no news to drive the share price and leave them with a profit. The MM will take profits again I suspect.

I expect to see it fall back below yesterdays low either today or at least in the next couple of days before another stronger bounce - so best of luck dave, this has a history of disappointing.

19 times that 350,000 buyer has bought today.

2.7 mil delayed buy when it briefly dipped to 0.36p offer, perhaps CF are out now. All the mm had to do is stay at 0.36p another 5 mins and they would have been out.

Been a load of opportunities today with CF overhang stocks

Total volume so far 37 million

CF position before they started selling down on Friday was 40 million.

As you point out CT the market is saturated with buy then sell for a loss traders because position not profitable in a few hours but I doubt it will knock this down
lower, they just dropped the offer to 0.36p and that got blitzed and it's now 0.361p bid online just over mid. Still confident I will get 0.4p+ for my stock this week.
