Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA), the listed international oil & gas production company focused on pursuing African development opportunities, announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Andrea Cattaneo, has notified the Company that yesterday, March 24, 2021, he purchased a total of 3,500,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of NOK 0.1210 per Common Share (equivalent to approximately GBP0.01) on the Euronext Growth of the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Following the aforementioned dealing, Mr. Cattaneo is directly beneficially interested in a total of 61,484,115 common shares in the capital of the Company, representing 5.28 percent of the total issued and outstanding common share capital of the Company.
