Devonian guys must just be looking to cash out retirement plan here, no way Mr Murray has looked at Zen and thought these guys are competent,,jeeze they have never drilled a well as far as I remember.

Mr Murray knows how to put a project together, so looks like funding has been an issue for them and this is last chance saloon shot....

Interesting RNS today. Found it difficult to accept I was reading one from ZEN as I thought they were just in the business of suing everyone for past deals nowadays.

re funding they were awarded a $6.5M conservative seizure over ETP's Swiss bank account July 10th, haven't read they've had the cash yet? Seems pertinent to know as that would more than cover this deal?

I stated long enough about looming dilution but was dismissed.

Want to guess why it’s down,

$3m in equity at 3p looks like about 80m new shares for this deal so around 40% extra new shares in issue possibly.

Same tried and tested formula continuing of dilution, consolidation, dilution.

They have the authority to issue shares.

We haven’t even seen what the equity amount in shares will be when issued for the US acquisitions.

FWIW

its a critical question every existing shareholder or potential investor should be rightly asking on any potential deal announcement by ANY company


IE: what is the current cash position and how will the transaction get settled



AS IT STANDS

Zenith have insufficient funds to settle every one of those dangled 🥕🥕🥕



BUT

as I highlighted at time of 10/1 consolidation, they instantly created the ability to issue shares (they couldn't before) to cover SOME of those dangled 🥕🥕🥕


anyway, lets wait and see


who knows, maybe the Italian Stallions new best friend Karma Sutra will provide the missing finance IF their collaborative RBD coup is successful 🤣🤣🤣

Actually, if this goes ahead this could be a very good investment opportunity.

Mr Murray is a very clever man, and as long as this goes through and he is in control of the JV they have a high chance of success, he has VAST knowledge of Kaz and
oilfield, just like when Mr Palmer was involved in Az, he was their chance to success.

Might finally be Zens breakthrough.

As long as Devonian has a 50% stake in this, it is investable IMO,,
