What a waste of money then, he had done all the prep work on C30 so should have finished C37 and started/finished C30.
AC has never delivered on what he said he would do, in fact just the opposite.

You are correct though that's how I read it.

ZEN's spin is that they're handing back the Azeri licence ...is this actually the case or is it being taken away? Sure there was a condition of being granted the licence originally that they had to double production within 2 (or 3?) years?

More obfuscation, a new project, and quite how they obtain a valuable producing asset and don't have to issue more shares will be interesting to see.

Thats what aim co's do granny, they move from one project to another hoping to find one that pays before they go down or issue enough shares to be irrelevant.
Just accepting things for what they are here. Azers workovers never performed just like Georgia's didn't for bloe maybe Tunisia with its production and the Congo with its potential will.
Can't exactly say punters are paying much for the risk at this cap whichever way it goes.
