The thing that doesn't make sense to me is that the RNS starts " ... as result of market demand it has completed two separate offerings",

yet the market clearly demanded a discount of 12-15% on the share price.

Surely if there had been market demand they could have raised money at a premium?

It's nice to see this company not changing its habits it's become known for...namely PREVARICATION and obfuscation.

This statement reflects this company's indecision and incompetence.....

Isn't 12 rig contractors competitive enough...And don't mention that gem of "achieving the shortest possible delay"

Zenith were scheduled to present at the Oil Capital conference last night.

No sign of an updated presentation on their website yet. If anyone was there, was anything radical stated? If not, then if anyone manages to spot the new material, could they post a link.

Haha..at least some are catching on...But with these kind of diversions, a company specific ploy..ie empty rns's it's usually being prior to some delay or other senario...

I would suggest if you have a dentist appointment booked, or toilet blocked clearing duties for the end of the month, I would suggest not to cancel it on the promises of any timetable made by this company...
