02/3/2017 15:26 | Interesting podcast with Roxi on before Zenith. Roxi in Kazahkstan. 29.3 mmbo P2. 1500 bopd. $10.4Mm debt. M/cap = £92m. Zenith in Azerbaijan (+ Italy) 33 mmbo P2. 300 bopd (+ small Italian production). V small debt. M/cap = £13.5m. If there are signs that the production is on target for 1,000 bopd in the next few quarters, then we should be on for somewhere between both broker/analyst targets of 31p and 42p respectively and about half of Roxis current m/cap. Next potentially huge growth stage (beyond the workovers) has to be the drilling of new development wells and if they come in reasonably and without incident, there's no reason to believe that they couldn't match Roxis present valuation in due course which would be around 80p imo. | zengas

02/3/2017 14:15 | If the update is due any day, then it would be fair to assume that it's going to be good. Otherwise the CEO wouldn't be so bullish on today's podcast. | x54v

02/3/2017 13:45 | Andrea Cattaneo, Zenith CEO, commented: "I am pleased to present our first set of quarterly results since listing on the London Stock Exchange. The quarter ending December 31, 2016 clearly evidences how Zenith is now gradually and increasingly reaping the rewards of its oil production revenues. The Company's primary objective emphatically remains to achieve incremental oil production increases through a systematic field rehabilitation programme in Azerbaijan. It should be underlined that these financial statements also reflect one-time costs related to the Company's recent listing on the London Stock Exchange which will not be incurred in the future. I look forward to presenting the next quarterly results which will further reflect the Company's positive direction, and to updating the Market with news in relation to the workover of well M-195 in Azerbaijan." | someuwin

01/3/2017 09:47 | If you know how to use google try searching the standard list rules. You may be surprised about the information out there. | rbento
01/3/2017 09:44 | Guys I suggest you do some research instead of blindly taking everything as gospel. You CAN raise more than 10%, you just have to do a prospectus. | rbento

With the monies they have from the fundraisers, I doubt they would've struggled to pay that amount - so I do not see it as a matter of desperation. Rather, the creditor was willing to accept shares in lieu of cash (albeit at a generous discount). Cash | cashandcard
