Thanks HG, just looked at the original announcement and cut off was 15/09/20. However given the sustained big discount, surely they could have extended it if real intent was there? Obviously I wouldn't have bought what I did if I didn't agree that there is a lot of value here but just not sure what the catalyst is going to be for it to be released and the market affording the co a proper valuation.

I think the share buy back had a specific duration ie. 6 months or so.

Well despite my reservations above regarding the ceasing of share buybacks I can't ignore the discount, which has grown further today, and 5%+ dividend. I also, like Sky, can't ignore that Tilts is here, just to add a little more pressure. My 25K buy seems to have got them to firm the price up a little.

Not sure about the intention of the board to narrow the gap if actions speak louder than words. They have just under £7m of the last share buyback pot remaining yet their last purchase was on the 02/09/2020. Does anyone have any answers as to why the share buyback stopped?

I bought a few today. The board seem to want to narrow the gap between NAV and price so hopefully there is some decent upside from here.

Ahh - one of the very best sitcoms ever - sadly nothing of that quality nowadays.

Yes, it was Tilts declaring interest for a few at this level that prompted my involvement, which I may increase on Monday. The tap seems to provide a good buying opportunity.
