the "Redemption Price" definition under the DEFINITIONS section at the end of your document. Obviously the doc is written in such a way to make it difficult to understand!

Im probably an idiot but I am buying more down here, at 5p these are crazy cheap given the underlying assets, the farms are now validated as probably worth 100m usd and then they have 200+ shops and a host of other businesses, at some point they will put 2 solid years together and we will be at 50p+ I can wait ....

Interesting. Can you tell me which section in the agreement states that? I can't seem to see it.

Only thing I can find is this below, that states the pref shares can convert to 3 ord shares if they have been held for over 8 years. Other than that.. I must have missed it.

a) if the Preference Shares are being converted before the eighth anniversary of Completion, each Preference Share shall convert into one Ordinary Share; or

b) if the Preference Shares are being converted after the eighth anniversary of Completion, each Preference Share shall convert into 3.0833 (recurring) Ordinary Shares (rounded down to nearest whole number of Ordinary Shares).

Sale of the farm which represents less than 2pct of ebitda or revenue for about 2/3 of the market cap seems decent enough! Also validated the valuation of the much larger other farms in the estate, some day this will come good and trade over 50p , just may take a good few years......

#Zambeef #Products PLC (LON:#ZAM), which had its share price chopped by 9.6% to 9.8p after its profits for 2019 were predicted to be over a third lower than the market expected.

Director sales but interesting to see he sold them at 3 zmw on the local market which is equivalent to 19p so an 80 percent premium to where they trade in london, I would love to see an rns where he bought some or all back in London cheaper, that is what a smart cfo would be doing , otherwise its a bit worrying to see a director dumping !

280m usd of revenues growing at 10-15 pct a year makes the sub 50m usd valuation a bit crazy

Yes seem very good , and very bullish for the future with margins improving as well as revenues, now they are fully integrated and the shop formats are seeing very good like for like growth they are going to start looking like a very cheap growth story ...

I don't hold and have called this a dog for so many years, but it is good to see the company turn the corner towards growth !.

But as with most, if not all African stock you have to play the long game !,

No good for traders :-).
