20/12/2018 07:59 | Without that placing - No Yu. - | tomboyb
20/12/2018 07:56 | I think the investors at that last placing must be just a bit peeved. Remove that cash raised and where would the company be now ? Paddle, creek. | still waiting
20/12/2018 07:52 | Jail Time 30p | onjohn
20/12/2018 07:52 | Maybe? It's down to 50p ask pre open... Less than cash? But how much will the fca fine if anything? Too many unknowns now... :(. | babbler
20/12/2018 07:50 | The CEO has to go and most of the board. Shameful and IMHO the CEO knew what was going on. Growth rates and margins made no sense v competitors. Fraud and shareholders who took part in the placing will sue and monies will be returned. No value here. | smithless
20/12/2018 07:47 | A very sorry state of affairs - However i too reckon its worth a punt BUT at which level? - Maybe a v good trading opp - | tomboyb
20/12/2018 07:43 | I will have a very speculative punt at 30 | sandy12345
20/12/2018 07:38 | Could have been worse though. Still got £11m cash. | snape
19/12/2018 10:28 | As predicted: "niggle24 Oct '18 - 08:18 - 141 of 1256 Edit 0 0 0 Isn't it illegal to misstate a company's financial position? Methinks that Mr ex CFO will end up in clink. That 500,000 shares sold at what? £8 is £4m taken out of the pockets of investors." | niggle
19/12/2018 09:41 | UTW also looking a bit frail to say the least.. | still waiting
19/12/2018 09:31 | Fools rush in when angels fear to tread, Hold my hand up i've been a fool too, | mam fach
19/12/2018 09:12 | Agree, Pity for those who paid £10 in fundraising. Had feeling audit was taking too long for it to be good news. Shameful. | mam fach
19/12/2018 09:08 | Shares might get suspended till market gets financial clarification | hamidahamida
19/12/2018 09:00 | Its the govt who have made forward selling legal. | neo26
19/12/2018 08:51 | They should be doing investigations for virtually half the companies on the market. Especially Aim where there's unlimited insider trading, heavily discounted placing with forward selling etc One thing is for sure, a lot less people will be doing this game for a living in 2019 or a hobby than in 2018 | dave4545
19/12/2018 08:49 | Sorry to say quite a few investors have taken a hit here as have institutions. When I first started investing in AIM listed companies there always seemed like there was a few gems in the pile of rocks. Unfortunately these days it seems like to many are prone to directors running scams and worse of get away with it. If I were to steal a Mars bar from Tesco I would be prosecuted, yet in a plc company directors can do so without any reprecution. A sorry tale but true. | cocker
19/12/2018 08:37 | That's why they will need to update very soon, the longer they go staying silent the more damage that will be done | sweepie2
19/12/2018 08:36 | I think they could well need millions now if suppliers want cash upfront. They will not be able to borrow or raise funds while these investigations are going on. This could well be insolvent soon. It's a shame as it could have been a good long term investment. | 1me me
19/12/2018 08:32 | Does Anyone think they might need more money now | hamidahamida
19/12/2018 08:26 | Yep happening more and more, will expect another update very soon from the company | sweepie2
19/12/2018 08:24 | Is this another cake ? Looks like you can't trust the figures from anyone these days. The markets are becoming uninvestable ? | still waiting |
