The CEO has to go and most of the board. Shameful and IMHO the CEO knew what was going on. Growth rates and margins made no sense v competitors. Fraud and shareholders who took part in the placing will sue and monies will be returned. No value here.

Isn't it illegal to misstate a company's financial position? Methinks that Mr ex CFO will end up in clink. That 500,000 shares sold at what? £8 is £4m taken out of the pockets of investors."

Agree, Pity for those who paid £10 in fundraising.
Had feeling audit was taking too long for it to be good news.
Shameful.

Its the govt who have made forward selling legal.

They should be doing investigations for virtually half the companies on the market.

Especially Aim where there's unlimited insider trading, heavily discounted placing with forward selling etc

One thing is for sure, a lot less people will be doing this game for a living in 2019 or a hobby than in 2018

Sorry to say quite a few investors have taken a hit here as have institutions. When I first started investing in AIM listed companies there always seemed like there was a few gems in the pile of rocks. Unfortunately these days it seems like to many are prone to directors running scams and worse of get away with it. If I were to steal a Mars bar from Tesco I would be prosecuted, yet in a plc company directors can do so without any reprecution. A sorry tale but true.

That's why they will need to update very soon, the longer they go staying silent the more damage that will be done

I think they could well need millions now if suppliers want cash upfront. They will not be able to borrow or raise funds while these investigations are going on. This could well be insolvent soon. It's a shame as it could have been a good long term investment.
