Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas and electricity to the UK corporate sector, announces that it has been informed that on 24 May 2019 Paul Rawson, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 33,503 Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase Paul Rawson is interested in Ordinary Shares, representing 0.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
