Q1 nearly over and Management will already have a reasonably good idea where FY is heading H1 is always the weaker half so if they can hit 300-350m H1, H2 is always a lot higher.

You just have to look at rivals valuations GOOD PE confirmed at 20 TEP currently 34 according to ADVFN CNA currently 6 according to ADVFN YU is 8 and growing like no tomorrow. 1.4% market share in a 50b static market. 1.8-2% by year end ? That close to 1b

That commentary paragraph in the Lib note was very telling. Some insti's must now be looking hard at this.
37% growth target plus juicy, increasing dividend/special/buyback - where else..

Interesting day ahead especially have after GOOD numbers. Looks like they disappointed. Always been the same for years at GOOD, I am personally not a fan of the green agenda, which they are pushing hard into. PE of 20 for GOOD yet only 8 here. TEP is 34 according to fundamentals on ADVFN and CNA 6 whose market share is in decline. No brainer really where to invest in this sector.

SparkyWhy would you presume I'd be hopping mad?Their house broker has stuck to their forecast that earnings will not grow anywhere near as much as when they were making the most of the abnormal energy prices, haven't they? :)

Yü Group is one of only 7 stocks that has had revisions momentum above the 9th decile for 24 months in a row out of 3800 global stocks covered, so rarified air indeed. The Valuation score is very high at 9.9, with the implied sustainable POROC for 2025 at 4% versus a modelled forecast of nearly 18%. On a returns and P/E basis, this is still a very cheap stock, especially considering the high Shareholder Value (quality/growth) score.Love it

Think house broker is being optimistic IMO with a PE of 10x for massively reducing earnings growth, normalising commodities, unproven hedging strategy not to mention a new government that definitely won't allow energy PLC's to make extortionate profits.....but then their broker is paid to promote the business. Time will tell.
