It's quite scary that two trades totalling £1,200 can wipe £200,000 off the value of the Company.Bizare.

I said yesterday WKP to bid for YSP and now wkp running itself on bid rumors in sector.
but again not YSP .Any call from YSP or they still in bed.
YSP wake up and do something or sell to some one else who can get work done .

I had WSP in my ISA at 15p & sold it for same due to my impatience, would be 60% up if I'd kept it. Nevermind, put proceeds into JPR at 17p, up 50% on that. Pick like finding £1 and losing two 50p's. That's the only reason I'm still in, these must buck up soon and follow the return of investor interest in Property stocks/funds. See the Invesco Py fund is up agiain. May be using a collective goig forward is the answer in the sector.

See workspace is soaring this morning, just shows you what a good management team can do. Unlike ours who im not sure whether they even bother getting up in a morning. Its time they pulled themselves together got there bloody fingers out from where ever they are and started running the business in a proper way. Tell us shareholders what the bloody hell is going on with this business. JIM

Got wkp and other but only this Ysp comes with so many delay in news is hard to belive that this co wants us as a investor.
Who would buy this with good !!! poor !!! record in news. Always there is some one late or can not give us answer.

Are they working part time ? Oh sorry its been outsoursed .

Christ this Company are dull. Both Workspace and Marylebone Warwick Balfour on the up, just right in the middle of what YSP do, except they don't have the renovation skills we have. Barmy, bloody barmy!

Telegraph on sunday business paper has the share to watch is workspace as they think the worst is over for the sector. could help YSP. As you say Wirral the communication with shareholders is unbelieveable i think they believe that they have total control of the business and that shareholders are not worth the dirt under there finger nails,i don,t know if there is any official body that we can complain to and if there was would they do anything about it.!!. I can only assume that they must be doing alright as they have not asked for any money i.e.share dilution ex. and that they are paying all there bills staff rates rents taxes so the money must be coming from some where we can only presume from profit. According to the london stock exchange they employ 68 i presume the directors are on top of that,so if you say that each employee is on an average of 15,000 a year thats a yearly wage bill of well over 1.25 million plus as i say the directors which will be quite considerable.of course all will be forgiven if they put out the news that everything is wonderful and they are making sqillions and they are the subject of a takover bid at 3.00 pounds a share...... HE,HE.. JIM

Yep, loaded up for the trip, however, I have others on my radar and could do with cash to lose elsewhere! Like you say, the MM's would rob you at the moment & I'm not prepared to play into their hands.It's all more annoying as the property sector is perking up at the moment. I'll give until the next update.

They have just paid full price for 22,000 shares and left the price alone so they must have needed them or they have a buy order in. Anyway we will see. JIM
