27/6/2009 17:55 | Theo you put right way thats big problem with this ysp and they thought they got nice deal . lets say now they keep buying ysp go to 32 they sell ,buy back at 18 and we got shafted. Model is good but i got no hope more then 50 p back.if get more will be bonus and learn this cb thing to get out when other co does same mistake. | jaws6
27/6/2009 10:51 | Good luck Jim, hope you're better soon. I'm just hoping that given time these will recover. IMO the problem is the Convertible Bond which will continue to hang over us for a long time. A very experienced investor called THE COUNT on the SOLA thread a long time ago explained why convertible bonds are really bad news for the share price. He got absolutely slated, which was unfair as he was only trying to provide an explanation, but sure enough the SOLA share price plunged and proved him right. It's too complicated for me to fully understand or explain though, sorry! I should have sold here as soon as they went for a CB. Live and learn! I think it is something to do with the future dilution leading to the opportunity for the loan company to short the shares, but someone else may understand it better! However, eventually we should pick up when the dilution has happened or YSP can pay back the loan. The business model is good. I believe, so I an just leaving my shares in the bottom drawer. regards Theo | theo13
27/6/2009 10:44 | Jim You not alone . i am struck with this rubbish co . i wish i did not listen to some manager to sale at 210 all .when he sold just found out and this co does not care on news or replying. | jaws6

21/6/2009 11:12 | Ah, Sunday morning,Just thought i would post on here as it seems nobody else has anything to say so here i am again. YOURSPACE what a nice name for a co. do'snt say much to us so all we can do for months on end is speculate on what might be going on.So i thought thats what i might do,they are still renting buildings that need to be done up and there owners are prepared to pay ysp for the work and to offer favorable terms on top of that like 18 months free rental after the work is done so should produce good profits for the co.in the future. The cash flow seems to be ok as we have had no call for money or a rights issue to dilute our shareholdings, so can we presume that the co is running cash positive, well as far as i can see my feeling is yes. We also have the rns from 3 months ago about a contract for work which we have heard nothing about although if you think about it it is quite feasible that if the contract is as big as they said it was it could take quite a while to price it all so fair enough. Anyway just my thoughts it would be good to here other people on here and what they think, thanks for hearing my jibberish. JIM | starwars4
18/6/2009 16:35 | AGAIN 1800 POUNDS WORTH OF SELLS AND THE CO. IS WORTH 445,000 POUNDS LESS IN MARKET VALUE THIS HAS GOT TO BE WRONG.. WE SHOULD ALL RING THESE PRATS AND COMPLAIN. | starwars4

18/6/2009 16:12 | REMEMBER SHARES CAN GO DOWN AS WELL AS DOWN.MANAGMENT NEEDS TO GET THERE ACT TOGETHER. JIM | starwars4
17/6/2009 15:36 | Oh look, a £317 sell of 1,677 shares knocks £100,000 off the value of the Company. Pathetic. | bobby.ifa |
