Noirua- Thank you for the information on share prices etc that you post on here.
Do you have any more information when we are likely to receive a "Issuer Sponsored Holding Statement". Any information would be gratefully appreciated.

Announcements by Auiron Energy on the ASX this morning announce that the AGM will be on Thursday 27th November 03.

Cash has reduced to A$17.8 million at the Quarter ending 30th September 03. ( 2.8 cents per share. )

The company will change its name to Felix Resources.

Small Shareholders who are deemed not to have a marketable parcel of shares, that is with a value of at least A$500, will see their holding sold and the proceeds sent to them. ( a marketable parcel of shares equals 7,575 at todays price of 6.6 cents ).

Hi garth, feroza and everyone: the AIM share certificates are worthless, this does not mean you have lost anything as you will shortly receive an " Issuer Sponsored Holding Statement " from Computershare or it may be an " Uncertificated Holding Statement " from Advanced Share Registry Services CIC: Certificated to Issuer Sponsored Conversion.

Since 1992 Issuer Sponsorship has been available. In order to bring greater efficiency to the market, Australian Stock Exchange Ltd., ("ASX") is encouraging users to provide issuer sponsorship and to dispense with share certificates.

Uncertificated holdings provide advantages in prompt registration, fast settlement and therefore quick receipt of the proceeds of the sales. There is also no problem with share certificates being mislaid or stolen.

You will be given an SRN Number which you must quote if you wish to buy or sell securities, the SRN number will be on your ISSUER SPONSOR FORM, just wait PATIENTLY for it.

What do you do with your share certificates when your " Issuer Sponsor Statement arrives ", well destroy them unless you want to hold on to them as keepsakes, they will be worthless.

THERE IS NO NEED TO CONTACT YOUR BROKER OR ANYONE ELSE - OR - FILL IN ANY FORMS AT ALL, INFACT ABSOLUTELY IGNORE THEM. If you fill in a form that may leave you open to further charges so DO NOT FILL ANYTHING IN.
AUIRON ENERGY will deal with everything, just wait patiently. A UK broker would have to go to an ASX broker to sell, which will work out expensive, if not very expensive.

If you wish to sell shares the SRN number should be quoted over the phone to an ASX broker. A cheque will be sent to you in Australian Dollars that can be paid into your account, unless the broker has both Australian and UK accounts when it can be sent in Sterling.

I could list Brokers, though it may be better to wait for your " Issuer Holding Statement " from Auiron, who should be making some arrangements for us.

ended at 7.1c - anyone any idead as to why its moved so sharply over the last couple of days. I think with the Ausmelt overhang now out of the day the stock may well rally.

It would be interesting to know who purchased Ausmelt's shares.

Ausmelt reduced their former Substantial Stake in AUY by the sale of 1,374,893 shares.
