EBRD investment in Ukrainian economy increases in 2008

Ukraine, Kiev, Jan. 15 /Trend Capital, Z.Novsvitskiy/

Amount of investment of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the Ukrainian economy made up € 835 million in 2008 compared to $1 billion in 2007.

More than €167 million was allocated to projects on local and international corporate clients in Ukraine, particularly, companies in sector, such as agrobusiness, woodworking, real estate, production of construction materials and sanitary-technical production.

Almost €66 million was invested in different infrastructure projects in Kiev, Odessa and Cherkassy, Particularly, €15 million loan was issued to form integrated traffic management system in Kiev.

not ramping but looks like the market makers are being as usual very cautious in
pushing the price up.

been a busy week trading - need a break :)

although the only downside i have been told is Ukraine will probably default

in April :(
