There will still be a lot of holders here who are 100% or even 200% from 3 months ago.In order to move up we need to have less of these holders and more new buyers to get a higher average buy in figure. That way we will move up and maintain a higher sp

PP, the current resource is 71 million tonnes @ 0.44% => 312kt contained copper. They're looking to get to 2 million tonnes contained copper, at which point AAL have an option to back in.

If CB and his team are 'excited' by the initial assays, I don't see a reason to be overly concerned for the future. Had a small top up today at 6.48p

Profit taking and the erroneous belief that the first assay results weren't as good as expected. XTR has had a very strong run, a pull back is natural. I note some other copper explorers have also pulled back from recent highs, such as ARCM.

There is a determination to take this lower today. Wonder what is behind it.

A question to anyone...

Is the current resource, as quoted in the latest RNS, based on 71 Mt, or put another way, 71,000 tonnes?

And if so, how do you put a valuation on that tonnage?

71,000 tonnes.
0.3% copper content.
US$9,057 per tonne current copper price?

Pp.

My pleasure, note on slide 9 the red line "0.48% Cu - Global av head grade of production".

Also note slide 16, the AISC (All In Sustaining Cost) of Cadia Ridgeway, which is an open pit and block cave mine. Remember the link I posted yesterday about how it was found, it was passed over numerous times and then had some drilling done on it with okay results, then they started to get better and better results. I think CB, although he has not actually stated it, is hoping that Bushranger and the surrounding licenses will expand into something like this. We are already starting to get a better understanding that this is not just one porphyry, but multiple porphyries, which leads on well to the Footrot project. This story is only just getting started.

well .. what's changed for me is a final opportunity to top up at levels I never expected getting another chance to.

So to all those on the way to CORALS with their XTR cash for the day, can I just say a big thank you.

Had not spotted this thread until just now.

Did anyone look into Kentor Gold - now also a copper play - that I mentioned here?:

Brief details - Kentor raised funds on 'Unquoted' about 2 years ago in a joint offer with one of the companies that became XTR. Many ups and downs since then and they now have a massive copper prospect in Australia that is expected to go into production in c18months. They have recently completed a fundraising at 42c and now stand at c70c.

Edit - No need for me to ramp it, just thought some here might want to look into it

I hope you are joking as hot money always gets pushed out of shares, MM’s are very good at that.
