Copper price is plunging along with oil price. Global recession looming.

There are currently 7 market makers supporting the bid ad 4.8, with teh ask featuring only one quoting 5.1. That represents a fair support at 4.8 currently and a bit of activity could see the ask get taken out early on resulting in the first sign of upward movement today.

Well tbe XTR share price is outperforming my MILA today! 🤣 Fortunately I only have a small stake. Thrown caution to the wind and just had a small top up in MILA. Also taken advantage of the big fall in the EST share price today and bought some. Only a small amount. Will buy more if it drops further.
XTR? Unsure at the moment.

Just because the share price isn't moving that doesn't imply resistance. If the price actively tries to breach 5p, but keeps getting pulled back. That is resistance.

Not true. Therre is simply a lack of buyers. Volume in general. 'Resistance' implies that there are buyers at that level which would drive the price higher, but this is counteracted by selling which holds it back. Actually tumbleweed is rolling across the plains. I would suggest the resistance, support rather, is demonstrated by the accumulation of market makers offering to buy stock around the 4.8 level.

There appears to be strong resistance circa 5p. Probably needs a good RNS to break that resistance.

That`s why you and I are here plus the many facts which give rise to our optimism.

Whether or not one has risked what one can afford to lose, there is still an overriding interest in not losing it and, which is surely the point, increasing its value.

I can now understand why so many witches were burned in the seventeenth century. mainly a lot of old women prattling on with weird forecasts based on very little.

Can we just be patient and let Colin do what he`s paid to do because he`s done it before and knows more about it that most of us here.

I don't like the Bollingers. Please can we have the teapots and some of those lovely squiggly lines.

An interesting observation you make mtw. But share price action rather suggests that something is not in fact wrong here.

My 'very soon' now seems a little premature, but 5 MMs on the bid and one on the ask now, so 'very soon' may come very soon now.

"but something is influencing things"
waaaaaay more fact based than my "something is wrong".

Looking at L2 currently there is a high chance we are ticking up again very soon. Markets are fascinating. No reason in plain sight for today's movement, but something is influencing things. Lets wait and see.

What was your line mtw? Something not right here? And Papillon ... still pleased to have no position? Buy back at 7. It will still be a good investment, but not as good as it could have been.

Steve, each to their own!

Looking forward to confirmation of cash generation from Africa. Timing on Racecourse could be as important as the assays/conceptual pit given commodity volatility, but hopefully African cash should remove any uncertainty.
