I didn't realise that candles could forecast share price movements. My crystal ball stopped working some time ago so it's off to the candle shop this afternoon for me.

Yes another very good listen. Interesting point at the end about hoping to use cash from other projects to fund further drilling in order to avoid another placing. So we will need to keep an eye on that. Reading between the lines from what CB said, he thinks XTR is worth many '000 millions. At least 10x from where we're at now. But I guess we knew that anyway. Hope the market does soon.

A good wide ranging positive interview . You can see and hear how frustrated Colin is with the almost negative response by the market to what are in effect, excellent drilling results to date. Nevertheless he is sure that XTR is high on the radar of many if not all the majors, including obviously AA, who have legal priority in any bidding situation.

A little perspective on the conceptual resource of 400,000 T Cu.

In a perfect cube this represents 350 x 350 x 350 metres of raw material.

If you start to look at the extra resource extensions to the east and west you realise the impact on the quantum of the resource.

There does appear to be enough data now to move the price. The first assay was critical and it was good. More importantly the drill and assays are starting to prove and strengthen the conceptual model.

As Paps has pointed out some of the history of Colin may be having an impact. In the end it is facts that determine the future not history. The profit motive will ultimately drive this towards its asset value.

Hole 18 and 19 will help prove up the East/West axis in the North of the inferred resource, and I suspect that 20/21 will be doing the same in the South. I can see the team updating the conceptual model at some point. That could be a trigger. Cash from Zambia/Mozambique would significantly reduce the risk of a placing, which would help remove the hand brake; or ultimately it will be market pressure.

One way or another it will happen. It is just when!

I'm not sure what Colin Bird is trying to do here. Is he trying to convince the market that he has a growing borderline economic resource in bushranger ? If that is true then he is spelling out that XTR are ever more increasingly unable to fund that growth. The problem with such a large low grade area is that it will take many many further drill phases to prove up and obtain a JORC. The share price has not shifted because the market realises that XTR cannot afford to prove up. Without a JORC the licenses are virtually worthless to XTR shareholders as they do not have the funding to either prove up and sell or mine themselves. Shareholders have been led up a blind alley here unfortunately.
