So, if Colin is to be taken at his word, then we should be drilling in the next week?

"which we expect to commence drilling before the end of the third quarter this "year.

"Colin Bird, Executive Chairman said: "Our work on the NW Zambia exploration licences has been very progressive to the point that we have identified initial drill targets which we expect to commence drilling before the end of the third quarter this year.

The licences are centrally positioned relative to the Western Foreland geological architecture. Field work greatly added to our previous information base, and we are optimistic about our targets and the general licence area.

The Zambian Western Foreland continues to be a strong focus for the international mining industry, and we are pleased to have gained such a highly prospective position in the belt. We will keep investors appraised of the results of our field work as it progresses."

People have got in over their head with XTR so are desperately trying to ramp it to cover their losses. In reality, XTR and other Colin Bird staples are not going anywhere. They just support Colin Bird's lifestyle and the numbers dont lie:

Colin Bird’s AIM record (as of March 24):

Time he became CEO of BZT- share price 0.5….now 0.02 (over 95% down)

Time he became CEO of XTR- share price 10...now 0.9

Time he became CEO of Galileo 7.38...now 1.0

A lot of money has been paid by private investors to fund these ‘companiesR17; but the more interesting question is how much money has been paid to Colin Bird, over these periods?

My long term XTR log chart is Strongly Bearish and has been for a long time. That chart is all I need to know about XTR, The Count of Monte_Cristo. When this chart shows signs of turning bullish again I'll change my opinion on XTR.
You can post all the links you like, but as your posts on CTL, MILA, EST, XTR, etc, show they have no positive effect on the sp's when investors are not confident about the companies, or the commodities they are interested in. You are just wasting your time and money. Unfortunately you are just ramping!

There is no place on the planet as rich in copper and cobalt as the DRC's copper belt. Worth listening to Robert Friedland. I think most investors don't yet understand that if they prove Kamoa style mineralistion that the company will be in a very strong place. They have the funds to explorer.

So Texaschaser, I always thought, in my simple thinking, that the more investors in any AIM company would increase its value so the more you promote ? a company the more likely its share price would increase. As I am quite new to investing I have obviously got it wrong.

Bushranger a strandard asset now until copper prices rise.

More good results from Alkane, remember when CB was saying how Bushranger was as good or better. Zambia now the focus as Bushranger takes a back seat until later this decade when the copper prices move.

I'm not discrediting you, Twinkle3. I neither ramp, nor deramp, shares. I just post charts and chart indicators that are historical fact. They just show current and past investor sentiment towards a particular commodity, or share.
I currently hold only one share, GPM, an investment trust which invests in junior gold (mainly) & silver miners. The GPM chart is currently bearish, but my Gold & Silver charts are currently strongly bullish which is why I hold GPM. I'm gambling on Gold & Silver rising dramatically in price (as their chart trends imply) and junior gold & silver miners coming back into favour with investors.
Will they? I'll probably be able to say yes, or no, within the next year.

I'm not a share trader, SwingBySome. Far too old to be doing that, I'm afraid.
I follow the charts (volume is a good chart indicator by the way) of certain commodities and a few shares, XTR being one of those since I held XTR until around a year ago (in fact it was the only share I held for a time). I sold because the chart went bearish. I also follow the charts of both gold & Copper.
I follow my charts because of past losses (basically gambling, without too much success, on AIM listed O&G exploration shares) when I didn't follow charts.
I'm bullish on gold as my gold charts went long term bullish at the start of 2023. My main holding is GPM. I also hold HUM, SHG, & RSG. I've also had a small punt on KEFI after the big drop on the placing this week. I did hold ALTN, AAZ & CMCL, but sold them when their charts turned bearish.
I do expect gold to make new all time highs in 2023 & 2024 because of the global economic situation. It hasn't happened yet, but I'm patient.

PS investors set Mkt Caps. At this moment in time investors are not interested in buying XTR shares, not even pump & dump traders.
