Sale of shares

Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Europe, announces that Geoff Gillo (non-executive director of the Company) has sold a total of 32,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 49 pence per Ordinary Share to fund the exercise cost and income tax liability arising on the exercise of the options as announced on 16 May 2019.

Following this disposal, Mr. Gillo holds 176,333 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.13 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
