Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Europe, announces that on 18 October 2018, Alex Borrelli, non-executive chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55.00 pence per share. The purchase of Ordinary Shares was completed through Borrelli Capital Limited.

Following this transaction, Alex Borrelli holds a beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Mr Borrelli has a beneficial interest in 416,667 incentive options.
