I disagree, JW can buy and sell when he wants and should not need to report his trades. He's in the illiquid micro cap space so selling or buying would crate significant peaks and troughs. But he should not ramp before selling down

If Justin's 'trimming' is anything like his haircut 'trim', then I guess he is still knocking them out here. It's wrong to have told his followers to hold and 'do nothing' whilst simultaneously selling down. He should declare all his trades just as the saintly Michael Walters does.

I know. Still waiting for the 5mil trade on the 4th August. Over 3 percent so should have an RNS with TR1 info.

The notice (if applicable) does not go out straight away.

Dunno why these 5m trades aren't RNS'd as they are over 3 percent.

If the delayed trading account has gaps in box economics then could see 7.....all about what they are doing on costs and outlook for sales.

I am still walking this road to £1.50 but I am seeing so many running the other way saying that hairless fella let them down and their savings have all gone!

Quite frankly I dont understand why some of you get sucked in by that Justin as he will prove to be a total disaster due to his lack of intelligence and big ego. Stay clear is my advice as he will only lose the majority of his money to foolish decisions.

Justin urging others to hold and 'do nothing' whilst bailing out himself is far from edifying. Does he ever submit a TR1 when he reduces through % points? He was also suggesting XPF would not be hit by the cost of living crisis. Does he believe what he says or is he just ramping whilst he 'trims' his holdings?

Trimming sounds like a euphemism for significant sales. He should come clean and declare all his buys and sells on the day of a transaction with timings and precise details.

There were court cases when some newspaper journalists were caught buying before 'buy' publication tips. Michael Walters declares all his buys and sells before transacting and has strict timing rules for declarations that he imposes on himself. There seems to be a loophole that Justin Waite doesn't have to do this as he says 'it's not advice' when clearly that is what it is. The loophole should be closed.

I wonder if he tells his 3 pals on the podcast when he’s selling after full on ramping,if he doesn’t and they still stick by him they have gotta be total Gommels.

Yes Donk 17 I agree totally,if he has been selling here a TR1 should be announced, though on the 20/4/21 he declared a 4.73% holding in I-nexus global he’s never mentioned it since, does he still hold?because if he doesn’t no TR1 has been issued as far as I can see.
