Hexaware Technologies, the listed Mumbai, India-based technology group, wants to acquire a business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, the Wall Street Journal Asia reported. According to the item, which cited Caliber Point Chief Executive R. U. Srinivas in an interview with newswires, Hexaware is targeting a US or UK finance and healthcare specialist with revenues not higher than Hexaware's BPO unit Caliber Point. The target should also operate in India, Srinivas said.

Whats the banking situation here? How long have they got on debt? I should imagine banks wont be to keen to be lending them anymore and probably are quite worried if their existing loans are now safe.

Something not right here.

Charts:

Head & shoulders -- suggests possible decline to approx 60p

That's if you believe in charts.

The FTSE 250 trackers will be dumping as XCH becomes an official Small Cap on the 8th December, are they allowed to sell prior to official FTSE notification?

Looks like all those insiders who have been buying on the board prior are going to suffer some nasty prolonged "chafing"

Lets hope they all took out short positions to hedge, other wise..........

Ouch :-)

..look at RBS and the Fred the Shred for example. IE should be in prison but instead got amongst the largest golden handshake/pension pay off in history.

Same with the lot in charge of HBOS and look what that lot did at Lloyds and then look at what they are getting paid off for it.

I think thats Simons point. You dont need to be a genius to be a director...indeed quite often it is the case that the more stupid you are the more you are rewarded.

must be a thick director bearing in mind they have access to all the information regarding a company. if they are that thick they should not be a director of the company!
