16/6/2022 09:22 | Yes a share buyback will only reduce liquidity, probably better to split the shares into say a 10 for 1 option. | battlebus2
16/6/2022 09:10 | brilliant, agreed...congratulat not sure the various proposals will enhance liquidity or reduce the spread but, given the shareholder register structure, this may prove an insurmountable problem. | c3479z
16/6/2022 08:29 | I’d hesitate to say these are great results 👍. Share buyback. EPS +43% and NAV +19% LTV down to 25.5. Increased dividend. | battlebus2
09/6/2022 20:51 | They don’t want to attract any attention probably scared of being targeted and bought out. | playful
16/5/2022 16:37 | Added a few more today. | battlebus2
16/5/2022 12:38 | I assume that we have had no further update since that of the sale of the Surbiton Office property in Feb because nothing of note has happened! It was announced that accounts will be published for year to end March in mid June.No properties are listed for rent on the website.I would expect the annual property valuation should show a NAV getting around £10 range.Borrowings will be lower at the moment pending reinvestment of sale proceeds. | 1tx
13/5/2022 12:14 | Yes I’ve had similar thoughts. I expect them to be flourishing at the minute given other updates from those in the sector. No doubt we will find out in due course | battlebus2
13/5/2022 08:17 | Strange lack of trading update. There must be a reason, guess we will have to continue waiting. | the vogon
14/4/2022 13:28 | Possibly next week I’d have thought | battlebus2
14/4/2022 08:30 | We must be due a T.U shortly. | playful
09/2/2022 11:23 | 640 to sell, 709 to buy liquidity absent wonder if the management's review has come up with idea of how this might be improved? | mw8156
15/12/2021 22:15 | A low loader more like 🤣 | battlebus2
14/12/2021 17:02 | Divi due on Friday so get your wheelbarrows ready! | playful
18/11/2021 15:00 | Agreed;with all the new lettings I think we could see a £10 NAV next year plus a continued divi rise. | 1tx
18/11/2021 07:27 | Excellent results and well done to the MD who virtually runs things here single handed. | playful
19/10/2021 20:16 | Made me smile... | playful
27/7/2021 10:13 | Yep, lovely. 👍 | battlebus2
27/7/2021 09:37 | Dividend paid today - Amount 13p | playful
30/6/2021 12:23 | This is still way too cheap | playful
18/6/2021 15:59 | intriguing comment about plans to improve liquidity in the shares as well as another announcement to follow, meanwhile there is no buy quote although would be possible to sell any number, almost: a few months ago, the opposite was the case. | mw8156
18/6/2021 14:43 | impressive results, good dividend and congrats to and thanks for a hard-working CEO. Looks as though their units at Aylsham are exceptionally well -located, | mw8156
22/4/2021 13:58 | The more the merrier! | playful
22/4/2021 13:31 | Happy to join you here playful. Took a few more today so nice to see a tick up. | battlebus2
21/4/2021 08:54 | I'm happy to keep buying! | playful
19/4/2021 14:16 | I think when the 3 new units in Petersfield are occupied & rent producing together with revaluation upgrade we could be looking at a NAV of the order of 925p.Whilst we could see interest in takeover of the company either in cash or perhaps shares from a property REIT I am not sure that Phillip Collins would be keen on selling & he has a blocking shareholding;or indeed Bird/Gibson parties.I am actually happy to hold as I think it is a decent stand alone investment. | 1tx |
