intriguing comment about plans to improve liquidity in the shares as well as another announcement to follow, meanwhile there is no buy quote although would be possible to sell any number, almost: a few months ago, the opposite was the case.

I think when the 3 new units in Petersfield are occupied & rent producing together with revaluation upgrade we could be looking at a NAV of the order of 925p.Whilst we could see interest in takeover of the company either in cash or perhaps shares from a property REIT I am not sure that Phillip Collins would be keen on selling & he has a blocking shareholding;or indeed Bird/Gibson parties.I am actually happy to hold as I think it is a decent stand alone investment.

same applies to cdff hcft smj las even mtvw but corporate action is slow in property, the only ones that saw action was DJAn hansteen and those were special circumstances, nevertheless wsp's statement today was fairly up-beat I thought so wsp looks like a safe investment, as do the others above, apart from LAS, which is just as well as it would be almost impossible to get out of being so illiquid.

The sale of three industrial units at Chessington at a near 50% premium to most recent valuation tends to suggest WSP portfolio is reasonably valued.If the spread on the shares narrows I would be keen to add to my holding.

Steady results and looking to purchase more properties which looks a good move in today's market. EPRA EPS looks odd though - difficult to follow why there is a £359k income tax charge which really takes the shine off the results. The tax charge looks higher than it should be.
