14/8/2024 10:26 | Price duly recovering, but still less than what were recent lows at around 49p. Much more upside still in hand... | linz22
28/6/2024 09:28 | Hmm. Can this really dip further..? Seems like buying territory here right now. Silver price is extraordinarily low these day - particularly in its ratio to gold. | linz22
09/1/2024 09:09 | Bought again | kaos3
16/11/2023 10:59 | ok - found some money and bought 5 pc in a day so far lol | kaos3

23/4/2021 13:22 | Movement on this is definitely not right - I agree Cyber. Looking at recent moves, I'm not sure it will get to $5 on $30 AG, but we'll see. I'm sat on a small profit right now, but wondering whether it's worth holding onto. Good luck if you're trading it. | preppy
11/2/2021 18:44 | Biggles that's the point, the name of the ETF says "Daily" so I assumed it was daily.POS spiked to $30 in early August 2020 and 3SIL hit $7.In late Jan 2021 POS again hit $30 (intraday) but 3SIL didn't get much above $5.How do you explain that? I would have expected 3SIL to exactly match the pattern of POS (albeit with more exaggerated movement) if you were right? There must be some element of contango type effect in it surely? | cyberbub
11/2/2021 17:03 | It follows , you don't miss out when market closed . No one would invest for more than a day if that was the case. 3 oil is a geared investment which does throw you out at end of eac futures contract monthly now that's a killer. But with this the opening price always reflects movement in the market from previous close. | bigglesbingham
11/2/2021 13:39 | I've still never managed to work out whether the share price here is a 'daily' bet (as suggested in the ETF name) which resets every day, or whether if the price of silver goes up/down outside UK trading hours, the share price will reflect this on UK open?Someone told me a while back that it was the latter, but I've not observed the correlation. Eg. Silver goes up $1 overnight UK time, but the share price doesn't jump when UK trading opens? | cyberbub
11/2/2021 13:33 | Just looking in here.Do people think silver (and gold for that matter) will ever escape the paper market manipulation? | cyberbub |
