I'm 100% invested actually. Brave going in to this election I think. If I do buy it will be adding new money to my portfolio.

Gateside,

In the interests of mutual transparency, it would be useful if you could list all 24 of your companies again?

I listed our 59 companies on 03 Nov and have since Added VUKE. I also have 13 companies that we previously owned listed in a Reserve monitor and may wish to Re-Buy at a later date:-

BMS, BRCI, HAS, HSBA, KGF, PAG, SDP, SGLN, SL., SNR, SXS, TUI & VLK.

We also own a small amount of GWPH in a TD Direct account but do not consider this to be part of our portfolio.

Thx for that...I'm all for full disclosure!

Including BP, ADM, LGEN & CARD that makes 35 companies then?

Sounds like to me that you are fairly fully invested. My guess would be a stock level of about 90% with 10% cash. Is that about right?

correct I held MKS, PCT and MNKS. The latter two were momentum trades. I dumped PCT on 11th Oct at 847.5p, that was pure luck. On this day the price spiked and the heavy discount narrowed.

Since that time PCT has come off a lot as well as the FANG stocks.

I dumped RPC on 17/10 to lock in profits and put the proceeds into SCH. I dumped LSE on 18/10 to lock in profits, that has also come off since.

On the 20th Oct I dumped SHP, RLX, CRDA, HLMA, WPP and NXT. Quite a bit of turnover of the portfolio, most of these are Dollar earners.

I was simply raising cash to buy the Global and FTSE tracker. 21.7% of my portfolio consists of the global tracker and 4.4% consists of FTSE 100 tracker. Where possible I am going to look to raise weighting in the trackers - the view is to simply hold these and let the market do it's thing.

I should add I also hold a large slug of BP and some ADM, LGEN, CARD all for yield.

That is full disclosure of all my holdings actually.

At the right price I would'nt mind buying back these companies - they are all very good businesses :

SHP, RLX, CRDA, HLMA, WPP and NXT

From polling in Florida, rumours are that Clinton has won the State. DOW seems to be heading up as a result.

That's more like it, Invisage...nice bit of transparency (Posts 9146 & 9147)!

Didn't you Buy MKS a few weeks back (Post 8923)? Did you smell a rat and get rid before results? Also, what happened to PCT and MNKS?

Interesting how portfolios can be so different.

The only three shares we have in common are: ABF, BMS & GSK

Luckily I sold out of CRDA and SHP a few weeks ago before the drop. That was just pure luck, and having said that I am considering buying back at these levels.

I am also watching SGE, AZN and more GSK.

My portfolio cannot compete with yours when Sterling goes down...strong rises from Miners, Oils, Pharma & HSBA are always going to give you the edge.

What percentage of your portfolio is now in cash and what percentage of your portfolio (cash included) covers the above sectors?

HSBA will be helping you...I nearly bought back last week but decided against it as investing 6.5% of our portfolio in trackers would have included an element of HSBA + other Banks.

Overall, we are a little bit under at the moment with sharpish falls on AEG & BOO albeit currently only 5 Down out of 60.
